The 7th Crown Chakra is on the top of the head. The 6th Third Eye Chakra is central on the forehead above the eyes. (Do not get oil in the eyes!) Some people like to apply also on the back of the head simultaneously when working on the 6th. The 5th Throat Chakra is between the Adam’s apple and neck bones. You may also apply on backside of neck for the 5th. The 4th Heart Chakra is center of the chest in the heart area and also the back of spine corresponding to the heart. The 3rd Solar Plexus is below the heart, at the navel area and you may apply also on the back in this area. The 2nd Sacral Chakra Blend is to be applied on the pubic bone, NOT the genital area. The 1st Root Chakra Blend can be applied on the base of the spine, however NOT rectal area.
